It adopts innovative AI technology to reconstruct the 3D point cloud of the bread through multi-angle scanning and combines it with color mapping to construct digital bread. Realize phenotypic analysis of bread morphological parameters (weight, volume, area, density, length, width, height), color features, and texture features, and measure information such as bread volume, area, weight, density, color, and texture

    1. Morphological parameters: weight, volume, density, surface area, length, width, height, fruit shape index, sphericity index, shape coefficient, etc.
    2. Color characteristics: R, G, B, L, a, H, S, V, Gray, etc.

    4. Measurement accuracy: ±0.5mm or 2%
